We were contacted by Hatay Breweries to provide options for the installation of a complete Can Filling Line.

The scope of supply included the following:
  • Depalletising & Pallet Conveyors
  • Rinser
  • Filler/Seamer
  • Conveyors
  • Fill Height Inspectors
  • Can Dryers
  • Casepacking
  • Inkjet & Carton Coding
  • Carton Conveyors
  • Field Wiring
  • PLC Interface
  • The line was designed to utilise the existing Bottle Pasteuriser.
  • An allowance was made for a dedicated Pasteuriser if required in the future.
  • We also made an allowance for an increase in the Filler capacity for future growth.
  • The Line speed initially was 24,000 cph and is now running at 48,000 cph.
  • Local labour was supervised by us ensuring costs were kept minimal.
  • We Integrated the equipment from each supplier into the Line.
The project was completed on time and under budget and was very successful for all parties.

The brief was simple – build a Can Making line that would run in excess of 300 cans per minute incorporating leading edge technology.  Flexibility and quick changeovers were also a prerequisite.  Enpac took responsibility for the entire project from equipment selection to painting the floors.  The result is a world class can manufacturing plant.
